SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing time

    All orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and US federal holidays.

  • Shipping addresses

    We offer both domestic (US) and international shipping for our products. We ship to residential and commercial addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please note that some items can not be shipped to Military addresses or P.O. Box. If an order is received with a P.O. box or a Military address that requires a physical address due its size, weight or any other limitation, we will reach out via email or phone to request an alternative address.

  • Shipping rates

    Shipping rates are displayed at the moment of checkout.

    We ship our items with USPS. Available services are: First-Class Mail, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. (Please note: expedite shipping, such as Priority Mail Express will rush the delivery service only, handling time is the same as in case of a regular order since we are processing our orders in a chronological order).

  • Customs, duties and taxes

    The recipient is the importer of the services/merchandise and must follow all laws associated with bringing of imported goods into the destination country. Orders that are shipped outside the USA may be subject to taxes, duties and additional fees that are not disclosed at the time of your purchase. The recipient is responsible for such import fees, duties and taxes that are charged once the goods arrive at the destination country. We are not be responsible for these import taxes, fees and duties nor are we as a merchant able to provide you with such information. It is important that you check with the destination country to see what these fees are (if any) before you shop with our store since each country may be governed differently with relation to such fees, if you are unsure of your countries policy, you should contact your local customs office for more information.  Goods may be delayed by the customs process and there is not any way that we can control such circumstances. 

  • Damages

    We ensure that packages leaving our facility are well packed, protected and have the label secured on the most visible area on the packaging. However, we are not liable for any damaged/lost/stolen packages. For our customer’s convenience, in case of damaged packages we will ship a free replacement after we have received a picture proof of the damaged item followed by a written proof that the damage has been escalated to the local USPS office the recipient belongs to. In case of lost packages (by the carrier), we will ship a free replacement after the tracking number reflects that the package is officially considered lost. In case of stolen packages, the case needs to be escalated to the local police department the recipient belongs to and we are unable to send a free replacement.

RETURN POLICY

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, no returns and no exchanges are accepted. Damaged and lost packages will be replaced for free of charge (conditions explained above, under Shipping Policy), stolen packages will not be replaced.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • SECTION 1 - Consent

    When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. You have the option to withdraw your consent, if after you opt-in, you change your mind.   • SECTION 2 - Squarespace & Stripe  

    Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe Inc. (Squarespace Inc. partner company for credit card processing) stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.   • SECTION 3 - Third-party services

    In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy. Links when you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements. Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.

  • SECTION 4 - Security

    To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
